You omitted from the PayPal description that they have no customer service and that you are on your own to solve disputes with vendors. I don’t know about the other systems.
Spot on my friend . I was looking to post the same comment .
You are so right! I was denied a claim for never receiving product. Paypal has no customer service. I’ll never use them again.
This couldn’t be more true.
Agree with Moti Cohen. Paypal user for many years but disputed last transaction ang got no support. Extremely disappointed and will now switcj to Google Pay.
Sold item on Ebay. Buyer returned it to an old adress I hadn’t been in for three years. PayPal were holding the cash and refunded it. I now dont have the item or money for it. Extremely disappointed in Ebay & PayPal. Will never use their service again. Switching to Google Pay
Absolutely ditto!! Was one of eBays first subscribers and in process of dumping them for same reason. No patience for them or PayPal
I agree with the 2 people above.Pay pal has no customer service. I have been trying to setle a dispute with them and they are imposible to contact. This is $2000 problem so suffice it to say i will be leaving pay pal [been with them for 20 years] and seeing about google pay send.
Paypal is targeted towards making damages to your life, stay far away from it.
I’ve been using PayPal for ten years and PayPal Credit for five years. I NEVER missed a PayPal Credit payment, and I was always on time. One day I logged in and my credit line was cut by $500.00. I wasn’t given any notice as to why they did this. I called them and they said it was temporary. That was five months ago. Since, they decreased my credit line two of my payments did not show up at all. I’m really disgusted with PayPal. When I pay my balance off, I am closing my account. I have noticed that there has been a drop in stores who use PayPal.
Pay pal is not transferring money in INR currency says that sorry you can’t transfer or receive payments in that currency
And how to know that money has been transferred to xyz
viele Jahre mit PayPal, aber in den letzten 2 Jahren ist es unerträglich geworden, gleich zweite Sch I ße,
Muss probiren gpay
Servus
Same with me. I’m a gamer and have around $1500.00 and I’m afraid to send it to PayPal. I sent $20 a few months back and it never even showed up. So..its google pay for me too. I guess PayPal got too greedy and forgot about their customers.
You all are absolutely correct they keep your money 💰 and tome runs out for you to retrieve it. No customer service. Just back and forward pushing button trying to reach someone. I never got any help.
Is no customer service true?
I had a dispute and emailed paypal, as it says to do since that is the only point of contact, and I was issued a refund within 48hours. Ive had no problems with them and have been a user foe 3 years now.
No customer service at PayPal. They do respond to disputes, but then when you disagree, there is no way to get in touch with them other than a stupid “Message Us” that keeps asking what you want to do. Aaaaargh! There MUST be a better way!
Switching to G Pay as PayPal locked my account and is requiring me to prove my ID by providing photo of drivers licence which I feel is excessive given my long-held account. All that was different about my CC details and PayPal details was my middle name! Tried to get help by calling numbers provided and messaging but kept getting unrelated automatic responses. I am hoping that buyer protection, is as good on G Pay as PayPal.
I do not dispute your comments,
But how is it Paypal charges % and fee for their services & have no customer service to report to? Where as Google Pay has,
& does not have fees / charges?
I am new to this money transfer trade, and with millions of transactions per minute, hick ups will occur and resolvement
must be there for me and air tight Security. Thanks
I recently left Paypal for the same reason. Their customer service was not very supportive.
I agree with all of the comments above! I have been a customer for many years. I am very unhappy about having to fight unscrupulous vendors on my own!
I too lost money on an eBay transaction! I play on leaving PayPal .
KEEP AWAY FROM PAYPAL!!
It is the most stupid and worst-managed Company in its industry.
You May find yourself, as It happened to me, being canceled your account with no reason and no explication given in a minute, AND LOOSING TENTHS THOUSANDS DOLLARS!
They are legalised thieves; stay away from them!
